HOLOFIT™ Freestyle is a part of the HOLOFIT™ platform, enabling users to combine cardio workouts on the machine with workouts off the machine , only using your body-weight.
You can burn up to 250 Cal in a 15-minute workout, or get ripped abs after three weeks of regular use.
In your settings, you'll now be able to switch between the regular HOLOFIT™ (on the machine) and Freestyle.
